The AiRKO-O oil-free industrial compressors are air-cooled two-stage compressors with direct drive. They meet the high requirements of the industrial category for oil-free operation in all respects.

Oil-free technology in the new AiRKO Power design:

  • Heavily ribbed cylinders made of high-quality aluminum and cylinder heads made of die-cast aluminum.
  • Cylinders with special, wear-resistant coating.
  • Piston with Teflon coating and Teflon piston rings
  • Stainless steel valve plate.
  • Bearing with synthetic high-temperature lubricant.
  • Aluminum finned tube aftercooler line in the cooling air flow.
  • Connection bracket with zinc/nickel coating.
  • Powerful cast iron axial fans.
  • Brand pressure switch with operating hours counter as standard (for version on tank).
  • Highly effective, large intake filters and replaceable filter element
  • Energy-saving quality motor IP 54, protection class F
  • Galvanized compressed air tank as standard (for tank-mounted version).
